Room for Rent $650/month

I am a Audio engineer student at CATO looking to fill the second room in my 2 bedroom carriage house. House is 5 minute drive (30 min walk) to CATO, 5 minutes to downtown, close to amenities and bus routes. Total rent is $1300, so half is $650(this includes utilities)additional costs are cable/internet and food. House has washer/dyer, A/C, 2 full bathrooms.
