Looking for a room mate for an apartment literally 2 minutes from Campus (just down the road on Dickson Avenue)
It's a 2 bed 2 bath suite in the Mode building (lots of other CAT students in the building). Rent (700) includes 1 parking space, utilities, wireless high speed and a wicked laid back room mate. If you opt out of the parking spot rent is 650.
Not in town as of yet, will be on Friday to get the keys and move some stuff into the apartment, but you can call or email me and we can meet this weekend or in the coming weeks once I've finalized my move.
